I help build emotionally sustainable careers, grounded in our unique journeys
I think it is critical to lead with an awareness, of why things work the way they do, and as a consequence, why so many of us suffer similarly. That awareness is what forms the foundation of emotional freedom, something that is missing in our often extremely tactical, individualistic approach to self help.
From a small town in Northeast India called Shillong, I built a global career as a behavioral researcher at Google for over a decade across India, Ireland, Singapore and the US. I was leading a team of behavioral researchers when I was impacted by the mass layoffs of 2023, a happy accident in my life.
However, I was burnt out, despite the many resources at my disposal. The mass tech layoffs of 2023 gave me a new, meaningful pivot to help people build emotionally sustainable careers and workplaces through social, analytical and personal insight.
I’m now a life coach, author of upcoming book ‘Burnout Highway’, investor, entrepreneur and curious learner. My writing focuses on experiences at the intersection of Economics, Politics and Psychology, everything that frames the context of our lives.
My background in Economics, work as a behavioral researcher and diversity of experience is the fuel for my work. People are my biggest asset – I’ve worked with people from over 100 nationalities and understood people as consumers in over 70 markets.
I will help you build an emotionally sustainable career, by understanding what a well rounded life means to you, and then finding ways to deliver it – emotionally, financially, professionally.

I believe in the power of diverse experiences – My career so far is testament to that
